At Valley Fitness, we don't just train together – we create unforgettable experiences as a team.


 Whether it's the 10-Mile Run in Winterthur, the Davos X-Trail, the Madrisa Trail Run in Klosters, the Greifenseelauf, or one of the HYROX events – we’re in!
And we don’t go alone. We show up as a
community that motivates, supports, and celebrates each other.


 Why we love events:

  • True motivation: Having a clear goal makes training more meaningful.
  • Team spirit: Signing up, training, and traveling together brings us closer – and helps us stay committed.
  • Shared success: When we start together, we want to finish together.

Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced – it’s not about the fastest time, but about the journey. Everyone moves at their own pace, but no one walks alone.



Here’s how we do it:

  1. We sign up together – and often organize everything for the group.
  2. We train together – with personalized or group sessions.
  3. We travel and prepare as a team – from booking accommodation to check-in. Sometimes even with group meals, sightseeing, or fun activities.
  4. We achieve and celebrate together  – no matter how fast or slow. The only goal is: finish as a team.

We believe that when you set a goal and share it with others, you’re more likely to stay on track. And when you know others are in it with you – quitting isn’t an option.
